CIA Grad Deuki Hong’s Spicy Korean Chicken Stew – The Today Show

On Monday, February 15 Deuki Hong, the Executive Chef of Kang Ho Dong in New York City was on the TODAY Show talking about his recipe for Dak Dori Tang (Spicy Chicken Stew).

Deuki graduated from the CIA in 2009 with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.

At the age of 26, Deuki has one of the hottest restaurants in New York, and last year he was featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 List. He just published the Koreatown Cookbook, and recently spent some time chatting about it and his recipe for Spicy Chicken Stew with Carson Daly.
