Turn your passion into a successful career with the Farm-to-Table: Practices of a Sustainable Table Concentration. Part of the bachelor’s degree program, this concentration introduces you to the philosophy, knowledge, and practices at the center of the Farm-To-Table movement. You’ll spend an entire semester at the CIA’s California campus in the world-renowned Napa Valley—examining the ideals behind this food philosophy, growing and harvesting on our campus gardens, and creating community events that celebrate and engage local farmers and producers.
