Learn everything from the basics to the most advanced dishes as you examine the history and global impact of Asian cuisine. You’ll spend a semester at the CIA’s exhilarating campus in Singapore, travelling throughout the region to meet with farmers, chefs, and educators; visit production facilities and farms, and sample local foods.
