In today’s restaurants, a major percentage of profits is driven by wines, spirits, beers, and other beverages, so expertise in these areas is in demand throughout the industry. With the CIA’s Advanced Wine, Beverage, and Hospitality concentration, you’ll spend an entire semester in the legendary Napa Valley wine country, learning the principles of pairing wine and beverages with foods while exploring successful business practices of managing beverage and hospitality service programs. This concentration is available to select CIA bachelor’s degree students.
