1. Alon Shaya Shares His Passion for Food and New Orleans

2. Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi Conquer the NY Restaurant Scene in Just 5 Years

4. Nina Compton Opens Compere Lapin

Top Chef alumnus Nina Compton ’00 has opened a restaurant in New Orleans after leaving her position as chef de cuisine at fellow CIA grad Scott Conant’s restaurant, Scarpetta. “Compton’s dishes focus on bright flavors with touches of heat, tropical fruit, and local produce.” Find out more about Compere Lapin.
